I’m not a Catholic
and I probably won’t ever be, but I have always viewed Lent as worthwhile exercise in self-discipline.
In the past I have given up chocolate, sex, and online shopping… to varied degrees of success, this year I shall try bacon, and this will be the toughest challenge of my life.
